Steve is the owner of Fitness Together in Cohasset, Dedham, Norwell, and Westborough, MA.
His background includes a Bachelor's of Science degree in Communications Management from Ithaca College, Ithaca, NY. While working in corporate America, Steve traveled extensively and was challenged to maintain a consistent exercise and nutrition program. Steve found the support he needed and dramatically improved his health through the help of Fitness Together. After 2 years as a client, personal fitness has become a lifestyle for Steve. In October 2005, Steve purchased his first two studios. He acquired his third Fitness Together in Westborough, MA on September 1st, 2006.
Steve has been married for 30 years to his lovely wife, Barbara. They have two active sons, Jeff, age 20 and David, age 17. Steve stays fit working out with his trainers and exercising five times a week. In his free time he enjoys skiing, tennis and kayaking on Cape Cod.
Michael Cardoza
Michael has been with Fitness Together since 2003. Michael started with Fitness Together as the manager of Dedham and has also managed the Norwell and Westborough studios. Before taking on the Vice President role Michael was the Area Director for Lifestyle Fitness Corp. Lifestyle Fitness Corp. owns and operates Fitness Together studios in Dedham, Cohasset, Norwell and Westborough.
Michael has been a certified personal trainer since 2001. He earned a finance degree from Bentley College and a master’s degree from the University of London (North London Campus). He believes staying fit requires a lifestyle commitment. He feels a balance of strength training, cardiovascular training and healthy nutrition are the key elements to staying healthy. Michael has been active his entire life. He was a three sport athlete in high school and played soccer at the collegiate level. Now, he prefers staying active through strength training, triathlon and any other outdoor activities.
Bill Coleman
Manager

A resident and native of Cohasset, Coleman is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and is AED and CPR certified.
A lifelong fitness enthusiast, Coleman has competed in power lifting competitions and run the Boston Marathon. He is a graduate of Cohasset High School and has been active in the local Little League.
Coleman’s father was the well known “voice of the Red Sox” Ken Coleman. He is also a member of the American Drug Free Power Lifting Association.
Joe Caruso

Joe is a Certified Personal Trainer by the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Strength Conditioning Association. He has a degree in Exercise Physiology from UMASS Boston and is CPR and AED certified. This is Joe’s 7th year with Fitness Together.
Joe has been involved in personal training for nearly a decade and brings his own training experiences into his program design. His passion is strength conditioning for athletes. He has a deep knowledge of nutrition and cardiovascular training and enjoys coaching his clients in all the aspects of fitness.
Darcy Bishop
Certified Personal Trainer

Darcy has been a certified trainer at Fitness Together in Cohasset since June of 2008. Having a Bachelors degree in Physical Education and a minor in Health from Plymouth State University, she has been involved in educating others on the importance of a healthier and more active lifestyle for more than fifteen years. She finds that the one-on-one aspect of Fitness Together is an ideal situation in which to instill these beliefs to each and every client.
Darcy has always been a health and fitness enthusiast. In high school, she was a 3-sport athlete- field hockey, basketball and softball. In college she worked for the women’s field hockey and basketball teams as a manager, as well as played intramural basketball and softball. Recently Darcy completed her first official half marathon and is preparing for both a sprint and Olympic length triathlon.
In her spare time, Darcy enjoys working out, snowboarding and working out in the yard.
Mike Eaton
Certified Personal Trainer
Mike is certified as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and trains clients in both the Dedham and Norwell Fitness Together studios.
Staying active and fit has always been an important part of Mike's life. He was a three sport athlete at Plymouth South High School, playing varsity soccer, basketball, and track & field, and was the former school record holder for the long jump as well as the 4x100m relay team. He took soccer to the collegiate level and was a four-year starter and captain of his team during his senior year at Endicott College, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design.
Through his experience as an athlete, Mike has learned the importance of proper strengthening and conditioning for long-term fitness. He integrates these concepts into his workouts and tailors his training to meet the specific health and fitness goals of each individual client. When Mike is not training, he enjoys golfing, snowboarding, and playing with his black lab, Chloe.
Alicia Tasney
Certified Personal Trainer
Alicia Tasney first came to Fitness Together Norwell in April of 2008. Her interest in athletics began at a young age with gymnastics and she continued to hone her tumbling skills into her young adult life, becoming a gymnastics instructor along the way.
Alicia played Varsity basketball, lacrosse and competed in Track and Field for Quincy Vocational High School. While there she also became certified in Rehabilitation Science and served as the assistant coach for the girls' varsity lacrosse team.
Alicia is certified in CPR, First Aid basics and A.E.D. Her favorite thing about training is helping people do things they never thought they could. "I have a client who could barely do half of a squat and couldn't sit without using her hands. After 4 months training with me, she's down 30 lbs and she climbed Mt. Washington for the first time this summer!"
Lori Pfrommer
Certified Personal Trainer
Lori Pfrommer first came to FT Cohasset as a client. Though no stranger to rigorous exercise, Lori says,"I had never experienced personal training and I was ready for a new challenge, discipline and direction." After training for two years with Bill Coleman and Darcy Bishop, Lori decided that fitness training was her true calling.
Lori studied for her personal training certification at Boston's American Academy of Personal Training, completing 300 hours of course work in subjects such as kinesiology, nutrition, anatomy and biomechanics. Lori is also CPR and AED certified. "My goal was to become a trainer at Fitness Together, so I went for it," she says.
Now that Lori has achieved her goal, she is bringing her boundless enthusiasm to her job and her new clients. "I hope to share with my clients that working out can lead to a healthier life, more energy and feeling better mentally and physically!" When Lori isn't training in Cohasset, she's busy practicing yoga and taking a variety of other exercise classes as well.
